Great central location, spacious, modern interior and plenty of storage. However, many cupboards are filled with random items, making the apartment feel partly used as storage. Plenty of towels, washer and dryer available. There is a large construction site directly next to the building, making access from the station's direction really difficult. Street noise is well insulated, but the stairwell is extremely loud due to the elevator. The apartment is on the 6th floor; only one of two elevators is allowed to use for guests, and it is really tiny, making luggage or a stroller impossible to fit in with you. The doors also slam very loudly. No joke, like gunshots. The stovetop does not work properly. There is a coffee machine but no coffee, and basics like paper towels, garbage bags, salt or sugar were missing. No microwave, only an oven. We left around €50 worth of kitchen supplies and food behind in the apartment and are curious how much will remain for the next guests.

This spot is really solid for the price; clean and comfortable with thoughtful touches without being unnecessarily luxe. What worked best for me is that it is so close to the train station without being loud. This was perfect for taking the train elsewhere in Puglia, eliminating the need for a car. It is also on a pedestrian mall that goes right to the entry of the old city. Really really a great spot.
