A brand new apartment. Pleasant and comfortable. I only missed the daylight. The windows with privacy film face only the inner courtyard. I like to sense the time of day through the light, so this was a bit of a downside for me—though many people don't mind it. Otherwise, the apartment is quiet and well-located near the city center and the train station, making it a strategic spot. Communication was easy too.
