The place looked nice, it’s really close to the train station and walkable distance to the city center. We loved the water pressure. The only problem is the noise the doors make when neighbors arrive, makes it almost impossible to sleep. We also would have liked to have the towels changed after 2 days by default, but the only option was to request some for 14€..
