Overall, we had a good experience with the host, who was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. However, there are a few things that I believe could be improved. If you offer a kitchen, it would be very helpful to provide basic essentials such as salt, pepper, napkins, and some detergent. Unfortunately, there was nothing available in the kitchen, so I ended up leaving some detergent for future guests. The biggest issue for us was the cleanliness. The floors did not feel properly cleaned, and we could feel dirt on our feet while walking around. There was also a noticeable amount of dust underneath the beds, which made us feel that those areas had not been thoroughly cleaned. I would also recommend adding at least a TV, especially for families staying with children. While we appreciated the host’s kindness and assistance, unfortunately, I did not feel 100% comfortable during our stay because of these issues. Very clean, brand new apartment, great location, good communication The washing machine had never been used, so we weren’t sure whether the cutlery was clean or not. Some kitchen facilities were missing, but overall it was a wonderful, brand-new apartment. We also received several messages containing warnings about fines (for example, a €200 fine if we didn’t close the elevator door or a €50 fine if we didn’t separate the trash correctly). This was quite stressful, especially with three children.
Мястото беше хубаво и след ремонт(и това си личеше понеже не беше премахната част от боята и не беше хубаво почистено с прахосмукачка,имаше доста дребни боклучета и се наложи да си изметем и да си купим стирка за почистване,нямаше необходими неща за ръчно измиване на съдове) иначе всичко друго беше чудесно,локацията страхотна и удобна,домакините бяха мили и отзивчива и веднага отговаряха…….Като цяло препоръчваме месото за настаняване и бихме го посетили пак!
