Amazing place right in the centre of Monopoli. Very charming and clean, with the terrace overlooking the town.

Ficamos quatro dias no apartamento. Eu, meu marido e um bebê de 7 meses. Ao chegarmos encontramos o apartamento com poeira, chão com pelos e banheira suja. Os anfitriões agiram rapidamente para resolver o problema assim que fizemos a reclamação. A comunicação foi bastante gentil e solicita. Meu único ponto negativo é a falta de vaga próxima ao prédio. Peguei esse apartamento pela descrição de ter vaga de garagem na rua acreditando que havia um espaço reservado aos hóspedes. O que encontramos, na verdade foi uma rua cheia de carros onde se pode parar em qualquer lugar. Como se trata de uma rua movimentada era sempre difícil encontrar vaga na rua. Ou seja: o local não tem vaga de garagem como anuncia. Voltaria, mas não com um bebê e tantas malas pra subir a escada que leva ao apartamento.

Overall a great stay in a beautiful area. The unit was private, clean and bright. The water pressure was not good, and any troubleshooting the host offered did not improve it. The air conditioning unit is in the living room, so the bedroom was warm. You couldn’t open the windows for sunshine or the room would heat up too much. A portable fan would be nice to provide for future guests. Also good to note that the stairs up to the unit are a hike. The shower is also almost a 60cm step up into it. This would not be a good unit for elderly or the mobility impaired. I would still recommend the unit if you were ok with the above mentioned.

War sehr schön, gute Lage, etwas schmutzig aber super Kommunikation

Charmant appartement tout proche du centre historique de Monopoli (10 minutes à pied) et de la gare (qui vous emmène directement à Polignano - 5mn - ou Bari par exemple). Nous étions en voiture et avons pu nous garer facilement dans la rue juste en bas et avons pu ensuite tout faire à pied, ce qui est très pratique. L'appartement est joliment décoré, la clim est très efficace, et le point fort est bien sûr la grande terrasse sur le toit ! Nous nous trouvions à Monopoli pendant la fête della Madonna et nous étions aux premières loges pour admirer le feu d'artifices ! Enfin, la communication avec Tatiana a été très fluide, Tatiana est une personne très réactive et disponible et nous a fourni un guide pleins de conseils.
