Great Stay!
Het was een fijn verblijf, op een goede locatie. Een rustige plek, maar je was zo in het centrum of bij het treinstation met 10 minuten lopen. De beschrijving van het verblijf kwam overeen met de realiteit. Het in en uitchecken was erg prettig en de communicatie met de organisatie was proactief. Ik heb het niet nodig gehad, maar ze laten zien dat je ze kan benaderen.
We found the apartment easily. Timeless Puglia provides an app with a link to open the external door remotely - this worked seamlessly. The app provided clear instructions for entry. There is a set of stairs up to the apartment which may be difficult if you have heavy bags. The location is excellent in the suburb of Murat a short walking distance from the old town and 1 km from the station. It is close to good restaurants (I can recommend Mo just next door) and supermarkets. Our host was super responsive and even supplied extra pillows and an extra blanket quickly when we requested them on our first night. They preferred to communicate outside of the AirBNB app but were happy to talk through AirBNB instead when I requested it (I would recommend this). On the downside the apartment does not have many external windows (although there is adequate internal lighting) and there is an occasional musty smell, probably coming from outside and out of the owners control.
Good place for a short stay and excellent location. The host was very responsive and they helped in whatever way possible. Bathroom is small especially the shower area.
