Magnifica casa a pochissimi passi dal mare e pochi minuti dal centro di giovinazzo. Casa super pulita e super moderna. Le foto parlano gia da sole. Consigliatissima.
Abbiamo soggiornato in famiglia in questa splendida casa e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. È una casa accogliente, curata nei dettagli e dotata di ogni comfort. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la sicurezza della struttura, grazie alle telecamere e ai cancelli chiusi con chiavi. La comunicazione con la proprietà è stata puntuale, precisa e sempre disponibile.(H24) Il vero punto di forza della casa sono sicuramente la bellissime terrazze, uno spazio ampio e piacevole, arredato con mobili da esterno molto comodi e di ottima qualità, ideale per rilassarsi e trascorrere del tempo all'aperto. Anche gli interni sono curati con attenzione, con arredi di qualità e un ambiente molto piacevole. Un altro elemento che rende davvero unico il soggiorno è l'accesso diretto alla spiaggia, una caratteristica che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo e che permette di godere pienamente della bellezza del mare. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche Giovinazzo, davvero una cittadina molto carina, piacevole e vivibile. Pur essendo agosto, l'abbiamo trovata poco affollata: il giusto equilibrio per godersi il bellissimo mare della Puglia senza il caos delle località più turistiche. Una combinazione che ha reso la nostra vacanza ancora più piacevole. A mio avviso, ci sarebbe qualche aspetto da migliorare, soprattutto per quanto riguarda la pulizia. Sarebbe utile mettere a disposizione un aspirapolvere e prestare maggiore attenzione alla pulizia del balcone, dei vetri e delle lenzuola. Per il resto, è davvero una chicca a Giovinazzo, perfetta per una vacanza in famiglia. Un soggiorno che ci ha permesso di vivere appieno il mare e il fascino della Puglia, anche nel mese di agosto.
Stunning place and responsive host!
We had a wonderful stay and would happily return. The apartment is spacious, peaceful and well equipped, with everything you need to feel at home. Waking up to uninterrupted views of the Adriatic never got old, and having direct access to the private rocky beach made the stay feel really special. The terrace was another highlight, perfect for slow breakfasts and warm summer evenings. As a family, we loved the quieter setting. It’s ideal if you’re looking to slow down, enjoy the sea and escape the crowds. We’d recommend having a car or renting bikes, although there is a local bus into both Giovinazzo and Bari. The timetable can be a little unpredictable, but that’s all part of the charm of staying somewhere more local than touristy. A fantastic base for exploring the area while coming home to peace and incredible sea views.
