Zauroczeni zdjęciami i zachęceni lokalizacją postanowiliśmy wynająć ten apartament. Miejsce jest niezwykle klimatyczne , apartament jest na 3ech kondygnacjach- kolejno mamy pokój dzienny z rozkładaną wygodną sofą, wyżej piętro z sypialnią i łazienką a najwyżej kuchnia z pięknym słonecznym tarasem w której znajdziecie wszystko co możecie potrzebować (ponadto w pomieszczeniu gospodarczym jest pralka). Na każdym z pięter jest wydajna klimatyzacja. Zarówno łóżko jak i rozkładana sofa są bardzo wygodne. Apartament ma wszystko co może być potrzebne. Super lokalizacja w centrum starówki. Świetny kontakt z wynajmującym ; mogliśmy liczyć na wczesny check in jak i późny check out. Miejscówka świetna dla par lub rodziny z dużymi dziećmi /nastolatkami dla których nie jest przeszkodą kilkanaście schodów między kondygnacjami .My byliśmy zachwyceni absolutnie wszystkim i na pewno wrócimy do Emma Art&Wine. The perfect location for your stay in Bari! Right in the heart of the old town but private and quiet. The house itself is very cool and historic, there are a lot of stairs so make sure you’re good with that, but very vibe-y and appealing. The bath is also great. The host was very responsive, our flight was severely delayed so we ended up arriving at 2am, and the automatic door wasn’t working. But they responded when we messaged! Very wonderful. The only thing I would flag is that the terrace kitchen which is beautiful is quite simple - no toaster, no microwave, one burner - this was perfect for us as we mostly ate out but flagging if you’re planning to cook a lot.
We would really recommend this place to everyone! The house is right in the city centre, but in a lovely little alley so no crowds or noise at all. Everything we could wish for was available in the apartment. And it was all extremely clean! The communication with Domus Italiane was great, and the owner of the house was very kind. All in all a great experience! :)
