Nous avons passé un super séjour dans le Airbnb. Il est parfaitement bien placé pour visiter Monopoli. Nous pouvons tout faire à pied. Le logement est très mignon, typique avec une terrasse qui donne sur les toits. On se sent à l’aise dedans et en pleine immersion au cœur de la ville. La communication pour arriver , pour le départ, pour des conseils sur les visites et pour toutes questions s’est très bien passée. A noter qu’il y a des escaliers dans le logement , ce n’est pas gênant mais c’est bien de le savoir pour les enfants ou les personnes à mobilité réduite Nous recommandons!

Serdecznie polecamy wynajem apartamentu. Lokalizacja jest absolutnie rewelacyjna – apartament znajduje się tuż nad samym morzem, kilka kroków i jesteś na plaży, a jednocześnie w samym centrum Starego Miasta. Apartament jest dobrze wyposażony, zadbany i bardzo komfortowy. Ogromnym atutem jest również właścicielka – niezwykle miła, gościnna i pomocna. A very convenient location and overall a good stay. The host was very responsive and helpful. However, the bins weren’t emptied from previous guests, the floors were dirty, and the shower wasn’t draining.
This historic townhouse is in a great location, in a cute courtyard yet right in the middle of town, making it easy to walk to restaurants and the water. The place was clean, very well-maintained, and a good value for the price. The kitchen was also equipped with cooking basics and essentials. While the location and cleanliness were great, the 3 story layout with its narrow, steep stairs was quite a challenge, especially for us as a family with two kids. It was not a practical setup for frequent trips up and down. Regarding comfort, the beds were comfortable, but we’re there on a hot summer day and the climate control was an issue. There were two wall A/c units, one in the living room and another in the bedroom with single beds, which was not powerful enough to cool the main bed. The 3rd and top level where the only full bathroom and terrace were located, was super hot. Shampoo and body wash were not provided. Overall, this is a clean and well located place at a good value.
