Besonders gut hat mir die Freundlichkeit der Hausbesitzerin gefallen, die sich sehr um mich gekümmert und mir sehr geholfen hat (von der Besorgung eines neuen Fernsehers, bis hin zur Aufbewahrung meines Koffers nach dem check-out und die Organisation eines Taxis von Tür zu Tür). Die Eigentümerin wohnte im selben Gebäude, was die Kommunikation erleichterte und einen persönlicheren und flexibleren Umgang ermöglichte. Die Agentur, die die Buchung abwickelte, antwortete ausschliesslich über WhatsApp und schien wie eine künstliche Intelligenz zu reagieren. Per Telefon war sie nicht erreichbar. Sie hat kein einziges Problem gelöst. Laut der Eigentümerin wurde ihr der Vertrag aufgrund zahlreicher Beschwerden dieser Art bereits per August 2026 gekündigt.
La posizione è ottimale, nel cuore di Bari vecchia. Molto pulita e semplice da raggiungere. Il parcheggio custodito è a 10/15 minuti a piedi, mentre ce n'è uno non custodito nella piazzetta a 3 minuti dalla struttura. La camera senza finestre d'estate non è il massimo, pur con l'aria condizionata. Il bot gestionale del check in e check out invia un po' troppi messaggi e mail, unico aspetto da rivedere. Personalmente credo che se ci fosse una persona ad occuparsi di questi aspetti e non una AI sarebbe perfetto.
Perfect location to discover the old town of Bari. Very clean rooms and the communication was really quick.
De ligging was goed. Appartement helemaal prima qua grootte. Bedden comfortabel. Douche had beter gepoetst kunnen worden van te voren. Voor de rest alles hygienisch.
